New Moon

I am reading the book New Moon by Stephanie Meyer. It is the second book in a 4 book series. This series is about a girl names Isabella Swan and how she falls in love with a vampire named Edward Cullen. The series describes the difficulties about her being human and Edward not being human and how hard it is to resist the smell of her blood. In the first book, they meet and fall in love. In the second book (New Moon) Edward decides to leave Bella forever because it is hard to resist her blood, and it is very difficult because he knows that he lives forever and Bella will die unless she becomes a vampire. Bella wants to become a vampire but Edwar doesn't want to because he would have to bite her in order for that to happen. Also, he didn't have the choice to become a vampire and he wouldn't have chosen that life if he had the option. He leaves Bella and for a large part of the book Bella sinks into a deep depression without him. Her father notices this behavior and threatens her to go live with her mother again, and so Bella tries to act like shes ok by visiting her old friend Jacob Black who is an indian- and also a werewolf. Jacob falls in love with Bella but Bella only likes Jacob as a friend. In the end, Bella ends up saving Edward from his death, and they stay together after all. But the problem of Bella wanting to be a vampire and Edward not wanting her to be one is still an issue. If I told you more I'd be telling you about the 3rd book so..... thats it.
