Dad is charged with second degree murder

Robert Aragon, 55, is a father of two. He and his wife are seperated, and Robert was driving his children to see their mother when his car broke down in a snow bank. While he and another person were trying to fix the car, he suggested to the children that they walk to their mother's house which was 10 miles away, but no one bothered to call the children's mother for some reason.... when the Robert didn't show up on time, she called the police to help find her children. They found her son first, in the snow about 4 miles from where the car had stopped working, in the snow wearing only his long johns. His coat and boots were thrown in the snow a ways back. Police think that he was dillusional because of Hypothermia. They found the older daughter about half a mile ahead of the brother, but she had died of hypothermia.
